Accessibility statement (v2)
Version 2, draft, not reviewed by counsel, based on legal-tpl-accessibility-statement v1
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version: 2
Human Synthesis SRL wants aiactaudit.ai to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Standard: we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the level used by the European standard EN 301 549.
What we do: text contrast of at least 4.5:1, full keyboard use, visible focus, text alternatives for images, captions for our videos, layouts that work from 390 pixels wide and with zoom up to 200%, forms with labels and clear error messages, and animations that stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations:
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet.
How the service works with assistive technologies: the public website explains the service, its prices and the law watch. In the app, an expert signs in, opens a client workspace from the dashboard, records the client's AI systems, answers the classification questions, follows the obligations register and the timeline, and exports data as CSV. Every step uses standard links, buttons and form fields designed for keyboard and screen reader use.
Feedback: if you meet a barrier, write to contact@aiactaudit.ai (subject "Accessibility"); we answer within 10 working days and offer an alternative way to get the information or service.
This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026 based on a self-assessment: automated and manual checks of contrast, keyboard use and layout at 390 to 1920 pixels during the app tests in October 2026.
