aiactaudit.ai is a service of Human Synthesis SRL, Sat Buciumeni, Comuna Buciumeni, nr. 279, Dâmbovița County, 137065, Romania (legal notice: https://aiactaudit.ai/legal-notice). This policy is part of our terms of service (https://aiactaudit.ai/terms).

You must not use aiactaudit.ai to:

1. break any law, or help someone else break it;
2. upload, share or link to illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy;
3. impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
4. send spam or unsolicited advertising;
5. upload malware or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems; probe, scan or test our security without written permission;
6. scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service by automated means beyond our public API and its limits;
7. use the Service or its output to build or train a competing product or AI model;
8. overload or disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits, payment or access controls;
9. resell, sublicense or share accounts without our written permission.

What we do: we may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, report illegal content to the authorities, and cooperate with investigations. We explain our decision and you can complain (terms of service, sections 10 and 12).
