## One register per client. Every line sourced and dated.

The AI Act client register for DPOs and consultants with several clients.

## One workspace per client

Each client keeps their own systems, roles, duties and dates. Nothing mixes across clients. Your client's referent joins as a free guest through an intake link that you lock when the intake is done.

## AI inventory

Your client lists their AI systems through the intake link. You see the inventory in the client's workspace.

## Classification with the rule shown

The client classifies their own systems with standardised questions. The rule and the article are shown next to every answer, and the result is versioned. Nobody at aiactaudit.ai reviews the case, and no AI system draws a conclusion from your client's facts.

## Obligations register

Every line carries the article, the official link, the law version and the day we checked it. Each line has a status, an owner and an evidence note.

## Timeline and reminders

The timeline shows the statutory dates as amended and your client's own dates. Reminders go out by email and in the app, ahead of each date.

## Change log

Every change to a line is kept in a change log, with the person and the day.

## Export

Export each register as CSV with its change log, in every account state. Next to your suite, not instead of it.
