### Is this legal advice?

No. It is general information about the AI Act, with the source and check date on every line. For advice on a client's situation, the client should consult a qualified lawyer.

### Is it a certification?

No. It is not a certification or a conformity assessment. We are not a notified body.

### Who classifies a client's AI system?

The client does, with standardised questions and the rule text shown. You advise. Nobody at aiactaudit.ai reviews the case.

### Does it watch my clients' AI systems?

No. It watches the law: EU acts, guidelines and national laws. It lists which of your clients a change touches.

### Which countries does the law watch cover?

The EU, Germany, Ireland and Romania.

### Which version of the law does it use?

The AI Act as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Every line shows the version and the day it was checked.

### What does it cost?

One plan per expert, priced per active client, excl. VAT. The current amounts are on the pricing page.

### What happens after the 30 days?

You choose a plan or stop. No card is asked for the trial, so nothing is charged by itself.

### Do my clients pay?

No. Your client's referent joins as a free guest.

### Can I take my data out?

Yes. Export each register as CSV with its change log, at any time.

### Which languages?

English, Deutsch, Română.
