aiactaudit.ai is a service of **Human Synthesis SRL**, Sat Buciumeni, Comuna Buciumeni, nr. 279, Dâmbovița County, 137065, Romania (legal notice: https://aiactaudit.ai/legal-notice).

## Where we use AI
aiactaudit.ai uses artificial intelligence for one feature only: in the **law watch**, an AI model judges how relevant a new public official text is (from EU, German, Irish and Romanian sources) and sets its topic tags. The AI model is Claude, provided by Anthropic. We record which model checked each item.

AI is not used for anything else. The classification of your clients' AI systems follows fixed rules: standardised questions, with the rule and the article shown, run by you, without AI. There is no chat and no AI assistant.

## What this means for you
- Where AI set the relevance or the tags of a law-watch item, the item is labelled "relevance and tags set by AI" in the app, in the feed, in our data interface and in alert emails.
- AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important results against the official link on every item before relying on them. AI output is not legal advice.
- aiactaudit.ai does not generate images, audio or video. The relevance ratings and tags of published law-watch items are not reviewed by a person; they are labelled as AI-generated.
- AI does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

## Your data and AI
- No data you, your team or your clients enter is sent to any AI provider. Anthropic receives only public official law texts, which contain no personal data. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic may not train its models on this content.
- We do not use your content to train or improve AI models.
